Uva Ursi

Common name Bear Berry, traditionally used to treat urinary tract infects (Cystitis). The herb contains a substance called arbutin, which has been shown to kill bacteria I urine.
Caution : Taking large amounts of uva ursi has resulted in gastric discomfort, tinnitis, nausea, vomiting, cyanosis, convulsions, collapse, and death.
