TAI CHI CHUAN
The objective of tai chi chuan is to achieve health
and tranquility while developing the mind and body, through movement. It
teaches an individual how to control her nervous system in order to put
the entire body to rest, which is an effective way to stay healthy.

Helps the immune system to fight infection. Activates white blood cells to protect against invading organisms and shortens the duration of illness.
Highly antiseptic. Sweats toxins out of the body. Indicated for influenza, catarrh, cold sores. Bestows vigour in convalescence.
Fungacidal properties help clear vaginal thrush as well as genital infections generally. Urinary tract antiseptic which can help alleviate cystitis.
Very cleansing to the skin, reducing pus in infected wounds, boils and carbuncles. Soothes and heals irritating/itchy conditions - chicken pox rash, psoriasis, nappy rash, genital itching, pruritis. Treatment for mouth ulcers, mouth/gum infections.

THERAPEUTIC TOUCH
The underlying premise of therapeutic touch is
