FASTING LINKS
Generally, therapeutic fasting is a form of body maintenance for well-nourished
people that contributes to health and longevity and helps balance the toxicity
that arises through common diets and drug intake. The fasting process allows
the digestive organs to rest, and it clears toxins from the blood and lymphatic
systems that flow through organs such as the bladder, colon, kidneys, lungs,
sinuses, and skin. Treatment involves ingesting water and other liquids
to cleanse the body's systems.
